Situated between the Outeniqua Mountains and unspoiled beaches of the Indian Ocean, in the heart of the garden route, lies the 4200 ha Botlierskop Private Game reserve, ensuring its visitors an unique experience of South African Luxury Safaris.

The Western Cape Safari Park is only a 4.5 hours scenic drive from Cape Town, between Mossel Bay and George. This malaria free, family owned garden route game lodge is home to an abundance of animals including 4 of the Big 5. You can spot lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, rhinos, hippos and rare black impala.

Botlierskop has spacious rooms, elegantly decorated in a colonial style with a 4-poster bed and mosquito net. Overlooking the river or the mountains, each of the air-conditioned tents has a private bathroom with a large oval bath and outdoor shower.

Guests can start their day with a breakfast buffet, served in the open plan dining room that leads out onto a wooden deck. They can enjoy high tea served with the elephants in the bush, or regional dishes in the restaurant.
